In early 2012 we met Jeff and Patti after finding their dealership. We had never owned a boat and that winter they patiently worked and guided us towards the boat that would be best for our family,

a 2011 SAN230. We picked it up that May and we literally had ZERO watersports knowledge. They connected us with a wake/surf instructor and off we went. Each fall I would have them winterize the boat and I was always treated like family. We loved our boat for 13 summers & 1000 hours but it was time to upgrade . Whitney took our entire family out to surf on two different boats for us to demo the different wakes. She answered every question and was very knowledgeable and generous with her time. We had so much fun and loved the G23. The entire team made the purchasing process so easy. Erin took care of all the paperwork, while Whitney gave us private training on all the ins & outs of our new ride. Jeff was always available to answer any question to include triple checking the measurements to make sure the new boat would fit in our barn. I cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience with the whole Silver Spray Team has been over the last 13 years! We consider them family and couldnt be happier.

Silver Spray and the team there are awesome! We purchased a used boat from Jeff and Erin from 2,000 miles away, without seeing it. They were excellent to work with and helped every step of the way. Could not recommend them enough. Sent us photos, detailed videos explained everything over the phone etc. Jeff even took the time on July 4th to walk us through some functions of the boat while we were on the water. 10/10 customer service.

Let us just share the most recent story ....We recently needed a few service items addressed on our GS22 Super Air Nautique. Even though we moved to Tennessee, there was no doubt which Nautique dealer we were taking the boat to - Silver Spray Sports. We surely passed several capable Nautique dealers during our 10 hour trip, but our past experiences with Silver spray Sports made the choice obvious. This recent visit did not disappoint. We let Jeff and Eric (Service Manager) know the issues ahead of time because we know this is a very busy time of year for them. As usual, they made us feel like we were the priority. They delivered on their promises by addressing each item with care and on time. As a matter of fact, we had forgotten to mention an item that needed some special attention, and Jeff let us know they would take care of it right away if we could give them a little time ... we did and they did, it was perfect!!Taking our GS22 (aka: Thunder) back to Fenton was certainly the right decision! We had a relaxing drive home and are happy to have Thunder back on our lake in Tennessee.

We purchased a new trailer for our 2015 Nautique we got in Canada and shipped to the states via truck,these folks could not have been more helpful,pleasant,an o so easy to deal with,and knowledgeable ,the only thing I regret is not being able to find what we wanted in our new boat was not in there inventory,if your considering to purchase a Nautique boat,you really owe it to your self to give these folks a call,it's well worth the drive,not matter how far,you'll see,thanks for the warm ,family feel you all give ,thanks again for all you do and have a great summer ! I purchased our previously owned Nautique from Silver Spray late last year after a debacle and a summer lost on another boat from a different dealer. All the staff at silver spray were very understanding of my concerns and answered my questions patiently,assuring me that they thoroughly inspect and require repair of all issues before reselling a previously owned boat. After just a quick look, it was evident that this is the boat I thought I was buying from the first dealer. We negotiated a very fair deal and they stored the boat until spring as I did not bring a tow vehicle. Come spring, I drove back (5 hours) expecting to get my pre owned boat, mechanically sound but, needing a detail after storage only to find they had went above and beyond what we agreed and detailed the boat for me. It was immaculate... and I was more than satisfied! Customer service is being lost but, not at Silver Spray. Since that time, we have had flawless performance and made many new memories with our pre owned nautique. Jeff, Patti, Erin, Whitney, Eric, Matt, Tim, and Jim, Thank you! Who would have thought the best consumer purchase I've made to date would be a used boat? If I'm blessed enough to own another Nautique, it will be from Silver Spray! Thanks again.
